I have moved through many worlds - arts management, teaching, research, music, curriculum, CPD, content, podcasting, licensing and UX. For years I thought that was the problem. It turns out it's exactly what makes me useful and feel energised. I work with creative individuals, teachers, practitioners and small organisations who are people-centred, values-led and trying to make something meaningful happen. Through workshops, consultancy, CPD and bespoke content creation, I help them understand what isn't working, feel genuinely heard and move forward in a way that stays true to who they are.
